Every year, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency makes 24 million decisions that affect people's lives and society as a whole. We disburse approximately 250 billion kronor each year. These are everyone's tax funds that we manage. It is a great responsibility. Therefore, we take the time to understand each case, follow laws and regulations, inform and guide, care, and show compassion. This is a job for those who want to take responsibility. Welcome to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency.
Do you want to contribute to a secure and efficient processing process? Are you a person who values good service and has the ability to independently plan and drive your work forward? Then this could be the right position for you!
With us, the customer is always in focus, and we are now looking for someone who is motivated to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. We prioritize high job satisfaction for all employees, and you will be part of a team where you independently make legally sound decisions and contribute to our common mission.
Our workplace is characterized by collaboration, helpfulness, and a good working environment. Here, you will meet colleagues with high competence and a humble culture marked by trust and engagement.
Investigations, Decision-Making, and Teamwork
As a claims investigator, you have an important mission: to help citizens ensure that the right person receives the right compensation at the right time. You provide individuals with the means to have an overview and feel secure in all contacts with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. Contact occurs via phone and in writing. In your work, you conduct qualified investigations and subsequently make decisions. Each individual has a unique situation and needs to be met based on their specific needs. The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high security awareness.
When you work with EU family benefits, you handle cases concerning families where at least one parent works and/or lives in another EU country. Within the EU, there is a regulatory framework for coordinating member states' social security rules, which facilitates the free movement of people. You process and decide on EU family benefits such as child allowances and housing allowances. Since you apply both EU legislation and national legislation, you must know which regulatory framework takes precedence in a person's specific case. In your work, you will have contact with employers as well as Swedish and foreign authorities.
This is a job for those who want to take responsibility.
